Most of us feel like we need extra support at one point or another in our lives. My role is to provide you with a safe space where, together, we can make sense of your thoughts and feelings and enable you to make positive and lasting change.
I am a BACP registered psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist, with experience of working with adults and young adults in the charity and private sector. I provide a serene environment that encourages creative thinking. My warm approach appreciates and values individuality and diversity, focusing on understanding you as a complete person.
