I am a Registered Member of the BACP, as an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist in private practice since 2008 and also a fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT). I am a highly experienced in integrating structure and compassion and I fit the therapeutic model to the person. As I the therapy is evidenced based I follow best practice treatment protocols according to NICE guidance.
