I offer online and inperson individualised therapeutic interventions to clients committed to change. I offer a transpersonal, multidimensional approach designed to help you heal and more importantly move beyond the obstacles which hold you back and dim your light. I have a special interest in narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma, however my work is not limited to these areas. I am committed to use both my training and lived experience to help clients on their journey of recovery and healing enabling them live a transformed, purposeful fulfilled life.
I offer you understanding and empathy and aim to work collaboratively. My first premise is that we are all born with perfect sense of who we are. Therapy is guided by you, the client, through discussing the issues you present and together we identify the goals we will work on together, reviewing and adjusting as time progresses.
