I specialise in areas including sexual identity and ethics, intimacy and connection, pornography use, relational dynamics, cultural and/or religious tension, belonging, addiction, and major life transitions. My work also includes supporting individuals affected by violence, exploitation, uprootedness and expatriation, bereavement, living with life-limiting illness, and periods of personal crisis. I have additional experience working with young adults (18+) navigating transitions, substance use, identity, bullying, and their sense of belonging.
I work existentially, supporting individuals to face the inherent challenges and uncertainty of human existence, fostering self-awareness and resilience, and empowering them to make authentic choices aligned with their values and beliefs. I am also trained in, and draw from, other modalities including CBT, psychodynamic (Jungian), and humanistic approaches.
Through open and honest dialogue we can focus collaboratively on the unique relationship you have with life's challenges, exploring how you experience adversity and relate to purpose and meaning in everything you do (or don't do!). We will engage in a meaningful exploration of how you are with the world and the people in it.
