My specialisms include working with sexual identity, pleasure, pornography use, relational dynamics, sex work, connection, intimacy, sexual violence, cultural and/or religious tension, belonging, addiction, life transitions, uprootedness and expatriation, as well as bereavement, living with life-limiting illness, and personal crises, to name a few. I have additional experience working with young adults and teenagers (over 18s), especially those struggling with life transitions, drug use, their sense of belonging, bullying and/or identity.
I work existentially, encouraging individuals to face the natural challenges and chaos of human existence, fostering self-awareness, resilience and empowering them to make authentic choices that align with their values and beliefs. I also draw from other modalities such as CBT, Psychodynamic (Jungian) and Humanistic approaches.
Through open and honest dialogue we can focus collaboratively on the unique relationship you have with life's challenges, exploring how you experience adversity and relate to purpose and meaning in everything you do (or don't do!). We will engage in a meaningful exploration of how you are with the world and the people in it.
