I offer online counselling drawing on a range of modalities which are tailored to the needs and personality of the client. My practise is both trauma and attachment informed and blends theoretic modalities with EFT, Emotion Code techniques and other embodied practises. I have experience working with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, historic abuse and neglect. I have developed a special interest in narcissistic abuse and am committed to use both my training and lived experience to help clients on their journey of recovery and healing enabling them live a purposeful fulfilled life.
I offer you understanding and empathy and aim to work collaboratively. My first premise is that we are all born with perfect sense of who we are. Therapy is guided by you, the client, through discussing the issues you present and together we identify the goals we will work on together, reviewing and adjusting as time progresses.
