Hello, I am Eleanor, Systemic Psychotherapist & Accredited Systemic Supervisor, I work with individuals, couples & families. Life is painful, challenging & puzzling at times. Some people enter therapy knowing what they wish to change, others to explore their discomfort & pain. I offer a confidential, respectful & collaborative space integrating talking, creative approaches, parenting coaching & psycho education. I bring over 20 years experience working with families, couples, children & adolescent relational, behavioural & mental health issues.
