I am a HCPC registered Chartered Clinical Psychologist, with over 10 years experience working across the NHS and Local Authority services.
I work with young people and adults who are seeking help for their mental health and well being. I support people to make sense of how their problems developed, recognise how their problems impact their life and consider what strategies can make a difference.
I work closely with young people and adults to assess and formulate their difficulties in a holistic and non-judgmental approach.
Following an assessment, I collaborate with the individual to devise a care plan that aims to support them to achieve their agreed upon goals. I use an integrative approach that draws on CBT, DBT, IPT and systemic theory.
