I work with a variety of issues within my sessions and am happy to work with whatever needs you bring as the client. I work as a Pluralist Counselling which means I am well versed in Psychodynamic therapy (looking at and working through your childhood), CBT (changing behaviours and a more practical approach) and person-centred (working in the here and now, putting the clients' needs first). I will work in collaboration with you, and making sure that you feel you are getting the most out of your therapy session, checking in with what you feel is working and what you would like to change whilst offering an empathetic safe space.
I have earned my level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling with Chrysalis Courses.
I am passionate about helping people, especially mental health and I hope to create a space for you that you feel you are guided and supported through. My door is open to all, no matter you race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class or disability - the space offered to you will be non-judgement and a safe space to work through anything you bring into therapy
