Hi, I’m Ele - a relational psychotherapeutic counsellor in advanced training and a fitness and dance instructor. I offer therapy to adults who feel stuck, lost, or overwhelmed. My work is especially attuned to those navigating issues of identity, addiction or compulsive patterns. I see these not as flaws, but as adaptations rooted in early wounds and unmet needs. Together, we explore these patterns with care, aiming to shift from survival to deeper connection. My integrative, trauma-informed approach draws from relational TA, Gestalt, Self Psychology, and attachment theory. I work in-person in Scarborough and online.
Relational therapy helps you explore how early relationships shape your patterns, emotions, and sense of self. Many learn to numb, shape-shift, or self-soothe to get by, but over time, these strategies can leave us feeling lost or disconnected. Together, we build trust and explore new ways of being that move from survival toward deeper connection.
