I work with people from all backgrounds, offering respect for your unique experience and a warm, gentle, safe place to explore whatever feels important to you. I work with individuals online and over the phone, and in person in Clapham and Wimbledon (South West London), in welcoming and comfortable therapy rooms located close to public transport.
Having provided counselling within the NHS I am experienced in supporting people through a range of life experiences, including stress, anxiety, low mood, health concerns, diagnosis, loss, bereavement, infertility, pregnancy loss, relationship issues, parenting, and past trauma.
As a person-centred therapist, my aim is to listen attentively, with empathy, kindness and acceptance for what you're going through. We'll go at your pace and I will be alongside you as you explore anything that feels important. I offer short and long term therapy to individuals over the age of 18. I work with a range of concerns.
People sometimes find that through having this time and space, they start to understand more about who they are and what they need to heal and flourish, forming deeper connections with themselves, others and the wider world. I offer a free introductory call to prospective clients so that we can discuss your aims and see if we might be a good fit.
