Life can be really tough sometimes. During difficult periods it can help to have someone to talk to, a different relationship to that of friends and family. I can offer a safe, confidential space offering a warm, empathic, supportive and non-judgemental environment for us to explore what’s going on for you. I am an integrative counsellor trained in humanistic, behavioural and psychodynamic approaches. Working with these different modalities means that we can find the most suitable approach for you.
I have two years experience working with young offenders. Since 2020, I have worked with a charity counselling survivors of sexual assault and abuse. I have experience working with bereavement and loss, suicidal ideation, self-harm, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ, eating disorders, personality disorders, shame and attachment/relationship issues.
