I offer a thoughtful, relational space where we can begin to make sense of what is happening for you, respecting the complexity of your experiences and the meaning they hold for you.

I have particular experience working with neurodivergent adults, including ADHD and autism, and with people experiencing prenatal and postnatal depression and anxiety, miscarriage, and loss. I also work with relationship difficulties, low mood, anxiety, and times of change or transition.

I work relationally and psychodynamically, paying attention to how earlier relationships and experiences may be shaping how things feel now. We may notice patterns in your emotional life and within the therapeutic relationship itself.
