I am an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor working with adults, couples & young people 16+. How we relate to one another and to ourselves impacts how we think, feel and function. Anxiety, internal criticism, low self-esteem, depression thrive if we're not heard, understood and valued. I work to shed light on how our relationships past and present shape us and how we can get stuck repeating patterns of behaviour that no longer serve us. I offer a safe space to look at what is not working. Together we'll seek to make sense of your experience, find new insights and perspectives, enabling you to move forward on your own terms.

Hello, I’m Caroline. I’m an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist, and I offer assessments and therapy interventions to adults aged 18+. I aim to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space in which to hear your story, and work alongside you to identify specific goals for therapy. Therapy interventions will be evidence-based and tailored to your needs. I have over 13 years' experience of working in NHS Adult Mental Health services, and services for adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions (including spinal injuries and Multiple Sclerosis).

My ideal client is one of complexity; I plan on to enrol onto a Doctorate becoming a counselling psychologist. I am a qualified counsellor and my knowledge base started 15 years ago when I fell ill. I have had an eventful life, including heart problems, strokes and many other issues. Through therapies, self help and determination I am happy with my life and I would love to share my knowledge. I have specialised in complex bereavement over the past 6 years seeing clients face to face and supporting them through the hard times. Hello my name is Lizzy and I work from my own private practice in Brent Knoll Somerset. I offer a kind, caring and confidential counselling service, working with individuals, children & adolescents, couples and the elderly. I offer my counselling sessions as either open-ended or for an agreed time period. I usually work from my therapy room in Brent Knoll but can work within the community and offer home visits to housebound or disabled clients. I take referrals from outside agencies and employers.
