Please note: I'm not taking on new clients until 10 November. New Single-Session Therapy for Porn Addiction. You might be feeling stuck in a cycle of porn use or other sexual behaviours that you’re starting to question. Maybe you’ve tried to stop before but slipped back. You might be spending more time than you want to, or noticing the content becoming more extreme. It can feel isolating, even though it may have once felt like a way to cope or switch off. I offer a focused, one-off 90-minute session where we explore what’s going on and what might help. You’ll fill in a questionnaire beforehand so we can use the time well, and I’ll send you a resource pack afterwards. The session is structured and practical, based on 20 years’ experience in relationship and sex therapy, including porn-related issues.
