My approach is gentle and collaborative, we’ll take things one step at a time, working together to make sense of your experiences to help you move towards confidence and self-acceptance. Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, I am here when you feel ready.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever you’re facing, at your own pace. This therapeutic relationship is built on trust, mutual respect, and genuine empathy with you right at the centre.
