Hello and nice to see you here. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. Are you ready to make that change? Therapy has a proven ability to improve mood, restore clarity and usher in calm. As an experienced and skilled psychologist I am here to help you get to the root of your issues and to give you a new clarity on your past and your present. I will work closely with you to unpack your story and offer you the chance to spend some concentrated time on yourself. I believe therapy should be non-judgemental, a space for you to share as much as you feel comfortable. A space for you to be heard and understood.
As a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, I have extensive experience working with adults experiencing a diverse range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, interpersonal and emotional difficulties as well as chronic illness. I am skilled and trained in CBT, ACT, DBT as well as undertaking additional training in Schema Therapy.
I work on your terms and ensure each session meets your needs. I provide a a welcoming and empathic environment where there is room for humour and creativity. I will engage in a conversation based on respect, curiosity and kindness. My approach is practical to ensure that you have the skills you need to create positive change in your life.
