My career in Psychology spans two decades, and during this time, I have worked with anxiety, anger, panic, and OCD to name but a few. I worked in the NHS before setting up a private practice. For over ten years, I have focused on working with people with anxiety, panic and OCD. Having suffered from anxiety and panic disorder, I wanted to help as many people as possible and established MoodSmith to offer online CBT.
All my self-help courses are based on my work in private practice and include only reputable therapy models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
