I have experience of working with individuals and couples - working on a wide range of issues ranging from relationship issues to working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, illness, bullying in the workplace and many more. I offer face to face, telephone or skype/teams sessions. My private practice is based in Porthmadog.
My approaches are primarily Psychodynamic - I work with you to increase self awareness and understanding of how the past has influenced present thoughts and behaviours and also Systemic where we focus on you in relation to those people in your life. I also use CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to help clients think in a more helpful way.
