About Me
I’m a fully accredited integrative therapist with BACP, experienced in working with adults, young people, and children aged 8+. I have specialist training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), a trauma-focused therapy, and over 12 years’ experience supporting adults & under-18s in a wide range of settings including private practice, education, and community services.

Common issues I deal with:-
Anxiety (including separation anxiety, anxiety based school avoidance). Relationship & family issues, school and university stress, work stress, burnout.
Trauma: childhood sexual abuse and PTSD, loss and bereavement, low mood and depression, low self esteem and feelings of shame. Specialism working with age 8+ to teenagers.
Regardless of your age or issue I offer skilled therapist support to each client. You will be supported to decide what’s important to work on and have space to process as an individual, child or young person. Collaboration is prioritised and parents are included at assessment sessions and will have regular feedback appropriate to client confidentiality.
