I am a Qualified Psychotherapist working in an integrative way, very experienced working with One to One Clients & Groups, working with a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Anger, Bereavement, Low mood, Depression, Low self Esteem, Relationship issues & Trauma.
I offer a supportive, confidential service that is empathic and tailored specifically to your needs. We will work together at your pace in a collaborative and respectful way towards your goals within our safe space, which we will create together.
A Safe space built on mutual trust & respect, sensitive to your needs & one which you feel comfortable and able to work through the difficulties that have lead you here.
