I am a Qualified Psychotherapist who works in an integrative way, very experienced in working with One to One Clients and with Groups, working with a wide range of issues including Anxiety, Anger, Bereavement, Low mood, Depression, Low self Esteem.
I offer a supportive, confidential service that is empathic and tailored to your needs. We will work at your pace in a collaborative and respectful way towards your goals within our safe space, which we will create together.
A Safe space built on mutual trust and respect, sensitive to your needs and one which you feel comfortable and able to work through the difficulties that have lead you here.
