About
My ideal client has autism or Asperger’s syndrome and is aged 3-100. My other ideal client is an individual aged 3-100 who is in a close relationship with someone that has Asperger’s/autism. I see clients in three venues: Corby & Wollaston in Northamptonshire and in Llandudno Junction in North Wales. I have counselled autistic individuals and their families for over 12 years. My practice is informed by my Masters in Autism/PGC in Asperger’s and also from a long relationship with an Asperger’s individual. I am also a mother to Asperger’s individuals. My experience and knowledge therefore is profound.
I am an expert in Asperger’s/autism. I hold a PGC in Asperger syndrome and a Masters in Autism alongside counselling qualifications. I was the first person to be honoured by HRH Her Majesty the Queens in her birthday honours in 2016 for services to Asperger’s syndrome. I am the founder of ‘Action for Asperger’s’ www.actionforaspergers.org
