I work with children, adolescents and adults. If life is difficult right now and you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or in need of support, I am able to help. I will work with you to feel safe and relaxed in your sessions, with this comes trust and the ability to work through worries in a deeper more honest way. You are always at the centre of the work. The ultimate aim is to help you find skills and confidence within yourself, to manage your emotions and feelings, so that you feel safe and stronger within life's experiences. People I have worked with in the past have experienced positive changes in their lives.
I have a diverse therapeutic experience allowing me to work with many different counselling needs. I use an integrative approach meaning I will find the best way to work with you so that you get the most out of your counselling experience. Working with children I will often work in a creative more task orientated way.
I offer a calm, safe and confidential space in which to unwind and unload your mind. I will listen to you in a non-judgemental environment, allowing you to feel fully heard and understood. Together we will work through whatever you bring to the session to unlock and understand your issues and concerns safely and at your pace.
