Do you feel you need someone to talk to, but just don’t know how? I may be able to help.
I offer Person Centred counselling in a relaxed and welcoming space. Reaching out can be difficult and often daunting. I believe providing a non-judgemental, confidential space is key to building a trusting relationship. It is important to me that you feel safe to explore your feelings in your own time.
My approach is natural and humanistic. Therapy doesn’t always have to be an overly clinical experience. Treating my clients as human beings, without judgement is my priority.
I work with adults/children age 10+.
I worked at a charity with adults/children. Issues included grief, anxiety, PTSD, self harm, infertility, menopause and addiction.
I worked in a school/college counselling young people. This included people with Special Educational Needs, grief struggles, hidden disabilities, anxiety and self confidence.
I am passionate about helping young people and the current issues they may be facing. I have a particular interest in helping people with anxiety, chronic illness, hidden disabilities infertility and grief. Having experienced these things myself, I recognise the difficulties and effects they can have.
