I am a qualified person-centred and somatic counsellor and an Accredited Member of the BACP, MBACP (Accred). I worked for Bucks Mind for fourteen years. I now have a private practice based in North Norfolk near Sheringham and provide in-person or online sessions. I work with individuals and couples who may present with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma, emotional and relationship issues. I will help you explore any issues that may emerge in the counselling and help to facilitate change and gain a new perspective. Please contact me to discuss your counselling needs. Individual fees are £45/hr and couples £60/hr.
For clients who have experienced trauma, I offer psychoeducation, emotional regulation techniques, meditation, breath work, and a somatic approach. Working with trauma can be more directive whilst being underpinned by the person-centred approach. I have an interest in neurodiversity and have an autistic-informed practice.
I offer a warm, welcome and facilitative environment where you can explore any issues that may come up in the counselling session. I offer short-term or long-term counselling. Face-to-face counselling or online counselling via video calls for those clients who have difficulty in attending counselling in person, or who live outside the North Norfolk area.
