I’m a BABCP-accredited CBT practitioner and a member of the EMDR Association. I have over 15 years’ experience in the NHS and academic settings. Over the years, I’ve found that no single therapy works for everyone, so I draw on a range of approaches—including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR—to find what works best for you.
At the end of the day, what matters most to me is creating a safe, understanding space where you feel heard. We’ll work together, at your pace, to explore your challenges and move towards the changes you’d like to see in your life.
