About

Counselling provides time, in a confidential and safe place, for you to think about yourself and explore how you might make changes that could improve your life in a way that is meaningful to you. Having counselled in many settings with clients from all walks of life since 2004, I understand how important it is to have someone really listen to your individual and personal experience of challenges you have lived through or are currently dealing with. For this reason I work in an integrative way, so that I can adapt my approach to meet you where you are, and to support you in what you want to achieve with counselling.
My early training in bereavement and loss (experienced in many various ways throughout life) informs how I support people, in exploring how healing, personal wellness, and growth can be achieved while experiencing and working through significant life changes. You, and what is important to you, will be at the centre of your counselling sessions.
Whether you already know what type of support you need, or are still unsure, please get in touch and we can arrange a complimentary telephone call to have a chat. This could help give you a sense of what it might be like to come for counselling or coaching with me, and it will allow me to hear a little more about what you are dealing with or want to change.
