I began my counsellor training just over twelve years ago. I currently hold three qualifications in Person centred Counselling at Certificate level and have gained a level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I also hold a Diploma in Cognitive behaviour therapy(CBT) this training enables me to offer an inclusive counselling service combining therapies as appropriate. I have training in working with couples and relationships and will work with you to try and find a resolution to your difficulties. I have years experience working on the telephone and face to face.
