As an integrative counsellor, I have a wide variety of approaches to suit the needs of the individual. I counsel adults, young people and children through Microsoft Teams or Psychology Today, with home visits available locally. Counselling is an opportunity to understand what is going on for you in your life and to explore a way forward. I have ten years experience working as a school counsellor. This includes working with bullying, self-harm, OCD, anxiety, anger, bereavement, bullying, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, family and behavioural problems and school anxiety. Our first session is £20 where we ensure we are able to work together and you feel comfortable with me. I offer reductions for children and young people to 25 years of age.
