I offer a safe place where we can focus on you and we will work together using a therapeutic model that meets your needs. I can offer flexible appointments that fits in with your schedule and if you work shifts we can offer flexible sessions.
I offer short and long term counselling, following an integrative counselling model. I offer a combined approach to psychotherapy, that brings together different elements of specific therapies. I believe that this is the best model to meet the individual needs of clients and together we can create a plan of how we will work together.
I'm experienced in integrative counselling this works on the basis of being the right counselling for you. We can explore various problems such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD or relationships. I understand taking the first steps can be difficult so offer a free consultation so you get to meet me before making any commitment to sessions.
