I offer a choice of in-person psychotherapy and outdoor Walk & Talk counselling from my private practice in the peaceful rural setting of Gosbeck, near Ipswich, Suffolk (IP6).
For those who prefer greater flexibility or are unable to attend in person, I also provide remote online and telephone counselling.
With over 15 years of experience, I work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
As a qualified BACP integrative therapist, I work holistically by integrating different therapy models into my practice in order to provide a service which will suit your individual needs, which includes; psychodynamic talking therapies, attachment focused therapy, trauma therapy, Nature based Stress reduction, somatic embodiment, creative art & movement
We will work together with what you bring, with the understanding that we will not simply examine the problem/issue in isolation but as a part of your world, seeing it in the wider context of your life and history. My approach is informative and will support you to relate to your body as an integral aspect of your own experience.

Most of us feel better when we have spent time in the great outdoors. At Wild Wellbeing we take this a step further by supporting our participants to engage in the natural world in holistic, meaningful and healing way using a proven and carefully crafted model of practice called the NatureWell Approach developed by Natural Academy. Our Nature Connection workshops provide groups with a fulfilling and healing experience which benefits individuals, communities and the natural world.
