Whether we work together for just a few weeks or for much longer, my aim is to create a space of openess, where deep affirmation for what is important to you, can be felt. I work especially well with individuals who are navigating inner blockages that feel hard to name but impossible to ignore.
Many of my clients are self-aware, sensitive and quietly struggling, and carry stories of being misunderstood - they want a space where individuality can be honoured and difficult emotions can be explored gently without judgement or urgency to 'solve' them.
I give attention to all three levels of human experience: Body, Feelings + Mind!
I have a very deep and nuanced understanding of both the medicinal and addictive uses of substances, including psychadelics. I support clients to reconnect with who they are beneath the coping and beneath the labels.
With a wide knowledge of metaphysical concepts, I aim to support a deeper reconnection to meaning, soul and self.
