I provide sensitive support to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Using systemic therapy combined with DBT, attachment, trauma-informed, and solution-focused approaches, I address issues like relationships, anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, identity, and spirituality. I work with clients aged 8 to adult.
I offer empathy and authenticity so you feel truly valued and empowered. I also engage in paid supervision to ensure the highest quality care.
