We all struggle sometimes to make sense of ourselves and our life experiences. This can leave us feeling as if things aren't as they should be. We may act in ways we hadn't intended and that don’t fit with our sense of self. Having support to explore these issues can help us to accept ourselves and experience life more fully.
I am a Person-Centred Integrative Counsellor. This means that we can work together to explore your concerns in your own way and at your own pace. I will also use ideas from other schools of thought to help see things from your perspective. I work in private practice and for charities.
Building a healthy therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the counselling process. I offer free, 30-minute initial sessions so that you are able to get a sense of whether I might be the right counsellor for you.
