Hi, I’m Ed Christmas. I am a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, having trained and practiced integratively since 2018. I offer both online and face-to-face therapy from my studio in Bentley, Suffolk, from the Stephenson Centre in Ipswich, and at the Natural Health Centre in Woodbridge, Suffolk. I have a particular interest in working with clients to help them recognise and address their conditioning and trauma. Often, it is the things that we learned or were told along the way that are problematic - about ourselves, others and the world - about our past, present and future - about our purpose and our identity.
Often, it is these layers of meaning that are in the way of us seeing and being ourselves. Therapy can therefore help to look safely and respectfully explore these layers, progressively move deeper, and begin to emerge and thrive - more fully and completely our selves.
All change is a journey, so by working with me, you will be given a space where you are free to bring everything you are, in your own way and in your own time.
