I specialise in areas of trauma/abuse, identity, relationships with self and others, life transitions, bereavement, pre/post natal and anxiety. Our work will be non-judgemental and grounded in honesty, trust and mutual respect. The space we create for you to explore within will be supportive, safe and compassionate. There will be challenges; often this work is about processing deep rooted beliefs and thought-processes/patterns that require committed ongoing reflection and action.
