I have worked in this field for over 20 years with 13 years working in this area in the NHS, more recently I moved to private treatment as Therapist and developing a Day Service again in this area. I also offer dietetic support from a Specialist Dietitian as an option part of the treatment package.
I offer a comfortable and relaxed environment, in which you can feel able to discuss what's troubling you in your life. I am non judgemental and my aim is only to help you to understand and work through your complexities around food and eating. I work effectively and safely with issues around low self esteem, body image and historical issues such bullying.
