I offer tailored therapeutic support to people who have experienced a distressing or traumatic event(s). You may be feeling overwhelmed by everything that has happened and everything you are feeling. You may be struggling in some areas of your life such as work or in your relationships. This is completely normal and I'll work with you to discover what the root of that difficulty is so that you can begin to overcome it. Because you can overcome it.
I offer support and therapy for people in various stages of recovery following a traumatic event(s). I am experienced in delivering pre-trial therapy & support, working with people who need psychiatric medications, crisis support and, supporting secondary survivors.
It is scary to reach out for support, no matter how used to accessing services you are. But the potential benefit can be worth that fear. I can't promise that this will be the hardest part but I can promise that I will be with you every step of the way, until you are ready to move on.
