Earth Wisdom Ecotherapy is a Community Interest Company (CIC) that is shaped and driven by its community purpose: to provide accessible, inclusive, nature-based therapeutic services that support mental health.
As a CIC, we are committed to ensuring that therapy is accessible to those who need it most. Our Reduced-Cost Counselling service offers one-to-one therapy at a lower fee, helping to remove financial barriers and provide meaningful suppor tto individuals who may otherwise be unable to access help.
At Earth Wisdom, we understand that accessing mental health support can be challenging, particularly for those facing financial barriers. We offer reduced cost counselling, which includes both traditional counselling and elements of ecotherapy that emphasise living seasonally and connecting with nature (Earth's Wisdom).
Sessions take place in our calming counselling room, providing a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. If you wish, some sessions will be held outdoors, allowing for a deeper connection with nature as part of your therapeutic journey, fostering a harmonious balance between traditional practices and ecotherapy.
