My aim is to provide a space for clients to find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs through a non-directive approach. Through listening attentively and providing interpretations of your situation, you will gain a clearer insight into your difficulties which will improve psychological well-being and aid a journey of personal growth.
