Very often we don’t have someone that we can completely share our innermost thoughts and feelings with so having someone who is a trained professional, allows the opportunity to open up and confide in. I trust that I am able to provide a safe, non-judgemental space to work collaboratively with you.
My aim is to provide a space for clients to find patterns in their emotions, thoughts, and beliefs through a non-directive approach. Through listening attentively and providing interpretations of your situation, you will gain a clearer insight into your difficulties which will improve psychological well-being and aid a journey of personal growth.
