Hi, I’m Duni, also known as Dee, welcome to my counselling page. I'm a qualified counsellor offering one-to-one support to adult clients (18+), all genders, identities and backgrounds are welcome. I am experienced in working with people from all walks of life, gained from working in the public and private sectors, voluntary work, and my own life experience.
The issues I work with include, trauma, negative thoughts, work stress, long term health challenges, historical abuse, relationship difficulties, depression, guilt and low mood, to mention a few. It is common to feel strong anxiety, and stress when life pressures overwhelm us, just because it is common, it doesn’t mean we have to stay that way.
I provide a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can speak honestly about aspects of your life which may be troubling you. Accessing counselling support can help you to combat these feelings. I understand that making the decision to begin counselling can feel like a big step, but when you find the right counsellor, it is a step worth taking.
