About
I offer a safe, non-judging and confidential therapeutic space where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored. The therapeutic journey I believe can serve as an opportunity to uncover one’s inner resources and resilience, as well as an opportunity to discover new and more flexible ways of relating to oneself, others and life. My psychotherapy training is in a mindfulness based approach called Core Process Psychotherapy (CPP). This particular approach integrates concepts of mindfulness and awareness with modern psychological perspectives and theories.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy to individuals and am experienced across a number of areas, including: sexuality, low self-esteem, work-related stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I see clients at the Bloomsbury Therapy Centre in Central London, and also offer appointments online using Zoom.
Our first meeting together is an opportunity for us to explore what has brought you to therapy, and allows us to get a sense for how it might be to work together. There is no obligation to start working together after this meeting, and there is space in the days afterwards to reflect before proceeding to a course of therapy.
