We all know life can get tough at times and we can struggle to see our way through it. Sometimes it helps to talk those experiences or feelings through with someone who can really listen and brings no agenda with them. There are so many reasons to come to therapy difficult times in life, things feeling not quite right, anxiety or depression or things from our past effecting us in the here and now (attachment or trauma). Therapy is a safe, neutral place you can use to explore what is happening for you, and it can support you in deciding how you want to manage or address it and move forward.
I have experience with all ages, I have a wealth of experience in trauma, at various life stages, and can offer a warm, safe space to help you sort out what is troubling you, be that around, general life situations, trauma's, or about having some proactive support to prevent life getting on top of you.
