Hello and welcome. I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the NHS and private practice, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, & major life transitions. My approach is compassionate and reflective, shaped around your unique experiences. I use therapies including IFS, EMDR, CBT, CFT & ACT, tailoring my approach to what will be most helpful. I also offer specialist support for perinatal mental health. Before training as a psychologist, I worked as a City lawyer, so I understand the pressures of high-demand careers and the complexities of identity shifts that come with major life changes.
I take a compassionate approach to therapy, focusing on the life experiences that have shaped you, rather than assigning labels. I offer a safe space to reflect, process, and move forward. My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on a range of evidence-based approaches to support you on your individual journey.
