I am a BPS Chartered Psychologist, Registered Counselling and Clinical Psychologist (HCPC), Integrative Psychotherapist, and Mindfulness Teacher. I offer a safe and confidential space, supporting clients who would like to develop more awareness of their inner world and its impact on their current challenges and ways of relating.
I work with adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, developmental trauma and PTSD, life crisis, relational difficulties and cultural identity dilemmas. My approach is integrative, mainly drawing on relational psychoanalysis, humanistic and constructivist approaches.
My way of working is particularly suited for individuals who want to explore their difficulties via an in-depth relational process. I offer time-limited therapy for a minimum of 12 sessions, as well as open-ended therapy, both online and face-to-face.
