Waitlist for new clients
I'm a neurodivergent, dual qualified Clinical Psychologist and Family & Couples Therapist with over 25 years experience, including working as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS. I currently divide my time between a NHS specialist ADHD & Autism Diagnosis and Intervention Service and my private practice, specialising in neurodiversity in adults. I provide ADHD & Autism screening and diagnosis, utilising validated and structured assessments. I can also offer coaching, CBT for ADHD group therapy, and evidence based therapy. For people in employment with a neurodivergent diagnosis, intervention may be funded by Access to Work.
As a Clinical Psychologist & Couples Therapist, I work with individuals, couples & groups, drawing on a range of approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, coaching, psychoeducation, neuropsychology, Social Thinking, Zones of Regulation and CBT for ADHD to improve clients' experience of living in a neurotypical world.
I also provide consultation to parents and partners of neurodivergent adults. In addition I specialise in working with late and young onset dementia, supporting individuals, partners and families affected by these conditions. I work remotely so you can access the expertise that you need, wherever you are. Please email me to arrange a free consultation.

CBT for ADHD group (Remote)

This is a structured 12 session group using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ADHD to understand and mitigate the impact of ADHD on both day to day practical functioning and emotional wellbeing. We will be reviewing existing coping strategies and exploring practical approaches that may be new to you, as well as using CBT techniques to address the emotional challenges of having ADHD in a neurotypical world. Group members also benefit from the mutual support and validation of their past experiences in the group process.
