I'm Taruna, a Clinical Psychologist with over 14 years of experience working in mental health in the NHS. I specialise in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), and have a Systemic Therapy qualification at the Intermediate level.
