I’m Dr Clare Stone, a Chartered Counselling and Coaching Psychologist based in Glasgow, offering therapy, ADHD-informed coaching, and psychological support both in-person and online across the UK.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, ADHD-related difficulties, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel “stuck” in some way — overwhelmed, exhausted, self-critical, disconnected from themselves, or struggling to move forward despite trying very hard to cope.
My approach is compassionate, psychologically-informed, and tailored to each individual person. I aim to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, work through difficulties safely, and develop meaningful, sustainable change.
