I am a Stress & Anxiety Psychologist. I work with high achievers who are being held back by stress and anxiety. My clients are often fuelled by perfectionism and people-pleasing tendencies. Despite successful careers, their personal lives do not match up.
I know what is it like to manage that pressure. With over 15 years working in mental health, the best part of my job is being able to help people every day find freedom from that internal weight. I bring a fresh and dynamic approach, whilst being embedded in evidenced based practice.
